Disk-In Pro installed Digital Signage system integrated with queuing management system in the bank's branches.
LCD screens have been placed around the banks waiting areas. The customer is able to await his turn while viewing an instructional video, advertisements and special deals offered by the bank in addition to online news. The screen announces the placement of each customer on line and directs them to the appropriate counter. When the bank is closed to customers an internal broadcasting system can be utilized by the bank's staff to provide training and updates from prerecorded videos.
