BEN-GURION ARCHIVES SDE BOKER

The Ben-Gurion Institute Archives, affiliated with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, invite visitors on a journey of discovery through collections of rare documents and artifacts, presented in a vivid, interactive, and accessible manner. The archival materials tell the story of the State of Israel through the complex and colorful personality of David Ben-Gurion, offering deeper insight into his life story and the historical processes that shaped the country.

As part of the project, DISKIN established the archive’s main exhibition hall and developed the visitor experience, integrating advanced design, technology, and media to bring the stories embedded in the documents to life. During the visit, audiences are invited to engage in research-based exploration, locate items, and uncover new layers of understanding about Ben-Gurion and the early years of the state.
