THE ISRAELI PAVILION OSAKA 2024

The powerful encounter between Israeli and Japanese cultures is expressed in an exceptional creation that (quite literally) folds within it connections and contrasts, unfolding through a constantly shifting three-dimensional experience. Its climax is a sculptural element that evokes the movement of a cocoon opening and closing, breaking apart and reassembling, inspired by ikebana—the Japanese art of floral composition.
